In this on-site position, you will handle customer calls, process orders, and build lasting relationships. You will negotiate prices, manage inventory, and ensure timely shipping while maximizing profits for Motion Industries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries about products and services
• Place orders through multiple channels including phone and email
• Negotiate sale and purchase prices within assigned parameters
• Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Expedite backorders and manage customer returns
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 0-3 years of related experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Moderate computer skills for order processing
• Product knowledge preferred
