You will leverage your knowledge of health and travel insurance products to resolve inquiries confidently. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop an in-depth understanding of GMS insurance offerings
• Assist clients with details on benefits and coverage
• Investigate and resolve inquiries related to claims
• Process insurance applications and payments accurately
• Provide administrative support to internal teams and partners
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in a service role
• Strong proficiency with MS Office required
• Accident and sickness licensing needed for this role
• Effective communication and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work scheduled hours and maintain desk-based duties
