Your responsibilities will include managing ticket sales, assisting patrons, and maintaining safety protocols. Working collaboratively with vendors and security teams, you will ensure smooth operations during events at our venues.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage ticket purchasing processes via technology
Validate and scan entry tickets for guests
Offer exceptional service and support during events
Keep Box Office areas clean and organized
Report and address safety incidents as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
2+ years in ticket operations or customer service
Proficiency with ticketing software systems
Experience in cash handling preferred
Bilingual skills are valuable
