In this role, you will ensure seamless processing of shipping feedback, customer transactions, and reconciliation reports. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing invoices, maintaining supplier relationships, and supporting customer inquiries. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of related experience and thorough knowledge of bookkeeping practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate invoicing of customer shipments
• Manage daily cash transaction reconciliations
• Assist customers and resolve inquiries efficiently
• Update records accurately in People Soft
• Review and verify vendor invoices in the system
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year in financial service roles
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
