Your bilingual skills will be invaluable in educating clients on administration and eligibility while guiding them through the Benefits Now platform. With a commitment to accuracy and problem-solving, you will address inquiries and discrepancies efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address inquiries via phone, email, and online systems
• Provide education and guidance on group benefits
• Train clients on Benefits Now functionalities
• Manage discrepancies in plan member eligibility
• Support claims inquiries related to benefits coverage
Requirements:
• Post-secondary completion or relevant experience
• Minimum 2 years in Group Benefits role
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with LOMA or similar is advantageous
