Your responsibilities include collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to ensure project schedules and deliverables are met. Reporting to the General Manager, you will handle customer inquiries, prepare estimates, and resolve project issues as they arise. A strong emphasis on communication and coordination is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive customer support through multiple channels
• Prepare and deliver accurate estimates for services and rentals
• Communicate project updates and timelines effectively to clients
• Process orders and coordinate field service activities
• Monitor product availability and equipment maintenance requirements
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year in customer service or project coordination
• Experience in traffic control or construction desirable
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
