Responsibilities
Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls and document vital information.
Respond to any problems and follow up with the appropriate departments or field units.
Maintain and operate a multi-line telephone console system.
Respond to product and delivery‑related inquiries.
Direct crews and other field units to the appropriate locations using the radio, phone, or computer.
Prioritize and categorize calls based on their importance.
Prioritize daily program, supervise route and status of field units.
Keep call logs, call records, and other vital paperwork up to date.
Requirements
A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is necessary.
A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar job is required.
Strong understanding of emergency procedures and protocols.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with data entry experience.
The ability to work well under duress.

Salary: $28.65 - $37.88 per hour
