Responsibilities Complete daily reports
Maintain customer accounts
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Assist customers with after sales service
Requirements Ability to communicate clearly, both written and orally
Fun, friendly, confident personalities
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
Ability to interact professionally with customers
Some evenings and weekends shifts required
