Support Specialist II

Overview  CLEAResult is seeking a candidate to support the Energy Assistance Program in Saskatchewan by delivering high-quality customer service and administrative support to income-qualified customers. The role is hybrid and based in Regina, requiring in-office presence as needed. The person will help participants, including seniors, low-income households, newcomers, and Indigenous communities, access energy efficiency programs while maintaining a professional, empathetic, and accurate customer experience.
Responsibilities   Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and customer follow-ups.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with contractors and internal teams.
Review applications, verify customer eligibility, and ensure data accuracy.
Maintain and update records in internal systems.
Support reporting and documentation requirements.
Assist customers with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication.
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Qualifications   1–4 years of customer service experience (call centre experience preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain information to diverse audiences.
Experience handling high-volume phone-based customer interactions.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to learn new systems quickly.
Strong multitasking skills across calls, emails, and administrative work.
Empathy and experience working with or supporting vulnerable populations.
Reliability, adaptability, and ability to work independently.

Experience with energy efficiency or utility programs is an asset.
Familiarity with CRM or reporting tools is an asset.
Compensation & Employment Details   Targeted Compensation: $23/hour (CAD).
Compensation Range: $17.00 – $27.50 (CAD), hourly.
Hybrid role in Regina; a valid driver’s license and ability to meet applicable requirements may be needed for some tasks.
Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.
