RB Global is seeking a Coordinator of Titles to oversee the effective processing of vehicle titles and registrations. This position involves collaborating with numerous internal departments to ensure seamless transactions from documentation to completion. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and a background in customer service.
Your role will be pivotal in resolving title issues and facilitating timely auctions, significantly impacting operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and process titles and related auction documents
• Manage office functions, including data entry and tracking
• Provide prompt responses to customer service requests
• Identify title needs and proactively secure duplicates
• Collaborate to resolve discrepancies and title-related issues
Requirements:
• 3 years of relevant customer service experience
• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling complex situations
• Adaptable to workplace changes with professionalism
Contribute to the efficiency and success of RB Global's live auctions as a Coordinator of Titles.
