• Make outbound calls to generate parts orders
• Respond to inquiries regarding parts availability and pricing
• Listen to customer needs and suggest suitable solutions
• Process orders accurately to meet customer demands
• Confirm shipping timelines to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Strong customer service and problem-solving aptitude
• Effective communication skills;
French language is a plus
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in processing orders
• Ability to multitask and handle inquiries across systems
• Flexibility for various shifts in a 24/7 support environment
