In this full-time role, you will supervise Game Facilitators and serve as a customer escalation point. With a proactive problem-solving mindset, you will oversee daily operations, manage bookings, and maintain a vibrant team atmosphere. Existing knowledge of Activate programs will be instrumental in meeting company standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer booking inquiries and provide solutions
• Complete daily cash out and manage financial transactions
• Communicate facility updates to team and guests
• Train and guide staff for ultimate success
• Organize maintenance and inventory management tasks
Requirements:
• 1-2 years experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity
• Flexible schedule for early mornings and late shifts
• Proficient in MS Office software
• Strong customer relations skills
• Experience managing teams of ten or more is beneficial
