District Parking Services Attendant

Take the lead in enhancing guest experiences as a Parking Services Attendant at REAL District. You will be instrumental in providing frontline parking services during daily operations and special events.
In this hands-on role, you’ll oversee parking facilities, engage with drivers, and ensure they follow all posted regulations. With a focus on safety, you will also identify and intervene with any suspected impaired drivers. The position requires strong customer service and communication abilities to effectively interact with the public and assist with security procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct vehicles to designated parking areas
• Monitor for parking compliance and restrictions
• Report impaired driving incidents to the Command Centre
• Document incidents with detailed notes
• Aid in the installation of parking infrastructure
Requirements:
• Education level of Grade 12 or GED preferred
• At least 16 years of age
• Experience in customer service or parking operations beneficial
• Ability to manage verbal confrontations
• Willingness to work varying hours outdoors
Support community events by ensuring effective parking management and enhancing user experiences at REAL District.
