Our Regina Customer Support Center seeks a Receptionist fluent in both French and English to assist customers and ensure smooth communication. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining precise data records while presenting a professional front for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer, route, and handle customer calls and inquiries
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously
• Document customer information accurately
• Maintain a tidy and professional reception area
• Control office supplies inventory for cost-effectiveness
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Preferred 2-4 years of call center experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal communication skills and superior telephone etiquette
• Experience with multi-line switchboard is advantageous
Support outstanding customer service while managing diverse inquiries as a Receptionist in Regina.
