Serve as the welcoming face of Brandt’s Customer Support Center in Regina as a Bilingual Receptionist. Use your exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills to connect with customers effectively.
This crucial position demands individuals able to handle inquiries in English and French with professionalism. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions, maintaining organized records, and ensuring a welcoming reception area. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries gratefully
• Assist customers and resolve issues effectively
• Maintain accurate records of customer data
• Organize and secure inbound/outbound mail
• Ensure a clean and presentable reception space
Requirements:
• Fluency in both English and French necessary
• Excellent organizational and communication skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• High school diploma or equivalent experience required
• 2-4 years of experience in a call center preferred
