As a Customer Support Coordinator (CSC1), your responsibilities will revolve around supply crib management, utilizing industrial vending solutions. You will engage with customers and different teams while ensuring inventory is stocked and maintained. Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and communication skills will enhance your performance in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate daily with the CSC Supervisor on tasks
• Ensure automatic dispensing units are fully stocked
• Support APS OPS Tech with system repairs
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks effectively
• Manage urgent changes in customer supply requests
Requirements:
• Successful completion of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP)
• Willingness to work 12-20 hours part-time
• Experience with MRO, Auto Crib, or similar
• Capability to lift 50 pounds when required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
