Financial Services Representative

Elevate member experiences as a Financial Services Representative at Conexus in Regina. This temporary, full-time role focuses on day-to-day banking and building member relationships.

As a member-service ambassador, you'll assist clients with various banking needs, including bill payments and withdrawals. This contract position will last until June 2027, providing opportunities for learning and development in financial services while responding proactively to member needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist members with banking services like deposits and withdrawals

• Identify and respond to member needs proactively

• Learn about account openings and wire transfers

• Refer members to Financial Advisors for deeper support

• Ensure compliance with industry policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Customer service experience preferred

• Experience in cash handling required

• Strong communication and listening skills

• Detail-oriented mindset and reliability in tasks
