Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and route customer calls and inquiries seamlessly
• Address customer complaints courteously and professionally
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions
• Handle inbound/outbound mail confidentially
• Maintain an inviting reception area
Requirements:
• Excellent organizational skills for task management
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience with multi-line switchboards is preferred
• High school diploma or GED with 2-4 years call center experience
