Become a key player at Brandt Industries in Regina as a Parts Representative - Order Desk, facilitating support for our North American dealer network. Provide timely service and order processing.
Brandt Industries Ltd. is currently seeking a dedicated Parts Representative to support internal teams and dealers. This role focuses on efficiently managing parts orders through excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be pivotal in ensuring that dealers receive the right parts promptly while working closely with logistics and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle high call volumes from dealers and internal teams
• Efficiently process and enter parts orders into the system
• Offer knowledgeable support for delivery and compatibility
• Work with logistics to monitor order status and delivery
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer transactions
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience processing orders
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience with agricultural or construction machinery preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proven attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
