We An-Ser seeks dedicated team members for its in-office call center. This full-time role involves efficiently handling high volumes of incoming calls while remaining composed under pressure. You will be trained to meet the needs of callers, requiring a typing speed of at least 35 WPM and proficient computer skills to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to a high volume of calls with care
• Ensure exceptional service quality and caller satisfaction
• Maintain performance metrics while handling inquiries
• Attend training sessions for skill enhancement
• Work on weekends and holidays as necessary
Requirements:
• Typing speed of 35 WPM minimum
• Proficient in computer usage and multitasking
• Self-motivated with a friendly demeanor
• Strong commitment to attendance and punctuality
• Bonus points for previous customer service experience
