Financial Service Representative

Join our team as a full-time Financial Service Representative in Regina, acting as a member-service ambassador. Assist members with banking services and empower them to achieve their financial goals.

This temporary role is contract-based and will last until June 2027. You will handle day-to-day banking tasks including bill payments, deposits, and withdrawals while responding proactively to member needs. You will also learn about account openings and refer members to Financial Advisors, all while ensuring compliance with industry policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist members with daily banking services

• Identify and address members’ financial needs

• Learn to open accounts and process wire transfers

• Refer members to Financial Advisors as needed

• Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required

• Experience in cash handling and customer service

• Engaging communicator who builds trust

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

• Reliable team player dedicated to service excellence
