Become a Customer Information & Document Specialist in Regina with a permanent full-time role. Review claims, update documents, and ensure customer data accuracy.
This position is perfect for candidates who have completed Grade 12 and possess 0-6 months of relevant experience. You will be responsible for reviewing incoming claim documents, maintaining customer information, and managing claim files effectively. This role emphasizes customer service skills, attention to detail, and computer proficiency in data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review incoming claim documents and assign document codes
• Update and maintain customer information in the system
• Manage claim files, updating codes when necessary
• Amalgamate and cancel claims as required
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in data management
Requirements:
• Completed Grade Twelve or equivalent
• Minimum of 0-6 months relevant experience
• Strong customer service skills and computer knowledge
• High attention to detail in documentation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
