Become a Customer Success Advocate at Data Docks, focusing on enhancing customer journeys and product development. This remote role allows you to engage with clients while actively shaping our logistics software.
In this role, you will onboard new customers and address their challenges, ensuring they derive maximum value from our software. By testing features and gathering customer feedback, you'll become the voice of the customer, directly influencing our product roadmap and improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide new customers through onboarding processes
• Assist accounts in maximizing Data Docks' value
• Identify and solve customer issues promptly
• Participate in testing features prior to release
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and insights
Requirements:
• Genuine interest in providing customer assistance
• Strong observational skills to notice missed details
• Comfort in transitioning between various tasks
• Excellent communication abilities across teams
• Experience in customer support or SaaS roles is a plus
