This role will have you reviewing complex payment claims and responding to client inquiries with precise information. With a strong academic background in business or related fields and relevant customer service experience, you will manage all aspects of wage loss payment calculations. You will also ensure the accuracy of claim file updates and calculations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Calculate wage loss payments for clients and employers
• Reassess and document payment information
• Provide support for payment-related inquiries
• Manage allowances for travel and medical expenses
• Update claim files with accurate data
Requirements:
• Two years of post-secondary education in applicable fields
• Minimum one year of customer service experience
• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• High accuracy in mathematical calculations
