Overview

We are currently seeking a Receptionist - Bilingual for our Regina Customer Support Center with exceptional telephone skills and strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect and communicate effectively with our valued customers. A detail-oriented professional who is committed to maintaining meticulous records while delivering exceptional customer service.

Fluency in both French and English is required.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and route incoming customer calls, e-mails, and in-person inquiries, while providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Record and maintain accurate customer information.
  • Represent the organization positively and professionally as a front-line worker.
  • Manage inbound/outbound mail and maintain confidentiality and security.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and welcoming.
  • Manage inventory levels of office supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Take ownership of customer issues.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility by performing additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to compose simple correspondence, including memos, letters, and emails.
  • Ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions in written, verbal, or diagram form.
  • Superior telephone manners with strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely with the organization’s executive team and colleagues.
  • Prior experience operating a multi-line switchboard is advantageous.
  • High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferably 2‑4 years experience in a call center.
