In this important front-line role, you will manage incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in both French and English. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure accurate record-keeping and excellent customer service. Flexibility to handle additional duties as needed is vital for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and route incoming customer communications promptly
• Maintain accurate records of customer information
• Represent the organization with professionalism at all times
• Manage inbound/outbound mail with confidentiality
• Keep reception area tidy and inviting
Requirements:
• Bilingual fluency in French and English
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in a call center preferred (2–4 years)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
