Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Member Services Representative to provide a world-class experience to our members. This role is being hired as a full-time permanent position and will report to the Office Manager. A comprehensive benefits package is included with this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promoting, selling, renewing, and upgrading CAA memberships.
  • Assessing members needs to determine the best possible solution through the sale, service or referral of appropriate CAA products, services, and memberships.
  • Process SGI Motor License issuing services, including vehicle registrations, renewals, driver licensing, and appointment scheduling.
  • Issue license plates, renewals, and related documentation accurately.
  • Offering members auto travel services which include tour books, trip routings, maps, and insurance, along with other ancillary products and services as required.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, file maintenance, record keeping, and processing payments.
Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year of insurance sales experience
  • Valid Auto and/or Travel Insurance Licence required
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative role, preferably in an auto licensing or motor vehicle environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Axis System.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries and complaints in a courteous manner.

This role involves working five days per week, Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with scheduling based on business needs.
