Position: Alterna Savings Member Service Representative
Join Alterna Savings in Rainy River, Ontario, as a Member Service Representative and provide exceptional support to our clients.

Your role will focus on efficient transaction processing and enhancing the overall customer experience.

This full-time position is pivotal in ensuring member satisfaction through friendly service and a keen understanding of Alterna's products. Work collaboratively to identify client needs, resolving issues promptly while adhering to company policies. Flexibility in supporting various branch tasks is necessary for this dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process various financial transactions

• Address member/client concerns at first point of contact

• Create a positive experience through every interaction

• Engage in branch sales campaigns and training sessions

• Apply knowledge to promote suitable products and services

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience preferred

• Sales and cash handling experience is highly favored

• Previous Teller experience is beneficial

• Willingness to work varying hours

• Strong focus on compliance and member satisfaction
