Position: Customer-Focused Wellness Assistant Role

Become a key player at Saskatchewan Polytechnic as a Wellness Assistant on the Moose Jaw Campus. Provide top-notch customer service, manage wellness events, and ensure a clean facility environment.

This position is ideal for those with a passion for customer service and a desire to promote wellness initiatives. As the first contact for inquiries, you will guide patrons through available services, support event execution, and keep the facility organized and clean. Your effort will directly contribute to fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide patrons on facility use and available services

• Enforce rules for safe and enjoyable facility use

• Collaborate in event execution with student experience

• Manage access through the Fusion software system

• Clean and organize equipment and facility areas

Requirements:

• Six months of related customer service experience

• Basic computer skills to manage the Fusion system

• Excellent communication for engaging patrons

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively

• Strong organizational skills for balancing multiple tasks
