ABOUT THE ROLE:
To an oxygen client, interacting with our company feels effortless. Whether they reach out via phone, email, or chat, they experience a seamless resolution. They receive clear answers, empathetic support, and prompt turnarounds that make their health journey easier.
But behind that customer-facing interface? It is a dynamic logistics hub operating with absolute focus and speed.
Our Client Service Coordinators straddle two demanding worlds simultaneously. They perform a continuous, high-stakes balancing act to keep our operations fluid:
Calm and reassuring assistance:
Delivering patient, articulate, and highly personalized assistance to a client who needs a problem solved right now.
Problem-solving behind the scenes:
Navigating multiple software systems, analyzing insurance offerings, scheduling clinicians, updating client files, and collaborating client care across various departments.
Every positive client outcome is the direct result of this fast-paced, highly skilled administrative choreography.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE?
Completion of high school
Exceptional customer service skills
Medical office education or experience is welcomed
Well organized and tech savvy (able to confidently use MS Office)
