CAA ERS Call Centre
Full-Time Permanent
Starting Wage: $17.95 hourly
Key Responsibilities- Professionally respond to inbound member requests for emergency road service.
- Accurately record details regarding member's location & circumstances into a windows-based database.
- Handle large volume of calls in a positive manner.
- Maintain current knowledge of resources related to CAA Saskatchewan products and services, emergency response services (ERS) and systems.
- Professional telephone communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask by navigating through several screens while at the same time speaking with the member.
- Ability to probe and ensure understanding of information provided.
- A common-sense approach to decision-making and analyzing situations.
- Ability to work under pressure while displaying good judgement and composure.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License (required)

This position requires flexibility to work 8-hour shifts with rotating schedules from Monday to Sunday (days, evenings, and nights).
