As a part of the South Saskatchewan Animal Hospital team, you will serve as a Customer Service Representative, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction. The role requires critical thinking, detail orientation, and exemplary communication skills. Whether you are new to the industry or experienced, we will provide the necessary training to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be attentive to the needs of clients and pets
• Answer and direct calls on a multi-line phone system
• Schedule necessary appointments and procedures
• Admit and check-in patients for appropriate care
• Process payments and manage confidential records accurately
Requirements:
• Strong commitment to customer service excellence
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service
• Proficient in Windows and administrative software
• Ability to safely lift 30-50 lbs when necessary
