In this on-site position, you will ensure each member and customer receives top-notch service while navigating our offerings. You will enhance member autonomy by guiding them to use alternative channels like ATMs and mobile services. Your efforts will help maintain satisfaction and trust in Desjardins as you assist them with inquiries and route calls as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome members and customers per Desjardins service standards

• Assist members in using alternative service tools effectively

• Monitor waiting times to ensure customer satisfaction

• Address member needs while spotting sales opportunities

• Schedule appointments and provide general information as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma in a related field

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience

• Fluent in French

• Strong customer focus and effective communication skills

• Situational adaptability and interpersonal savvy
