Support member transactions and financial solutions with Conexus as an Internal Solutions Support Officer in Regina, Saskatchewan. This temporary opening runs through June 2027.
Conexus seeks a motivated professional with strong interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation. You will support the Internal Solutions Centre through transaction research, troubleshooting, risk handling, and reconciliation activities. A high school diploma and Microsoft Office proficiency are required.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and troubleshoot member transactions for Internal Solutions Centre
- Identify and handle risks proactively across supported activities
- Administer GL reconciliations, remittances, reviews, and balancing
- Support branches and corporate services with knowledge and feedback
- Research solutions supporting members’ financial well-being
- Grade 12 diploma
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service orientation and communication skills
- Organizational skills and effective time management
