Energy Assistance Program Support Specialist

Help Saskatchewan households access energy efficiency programs as a Support Specialist II with CLEAResult’s Energy Assistance Program. This hybrid Regina role requires office attendance one or two days weekly.

You will provide professional, empathetic customer service and administrative support to income-qualified participants. Your responsibilities span eligibility verification, customer follow-ups, contractor coordination, data accuracy, and internal reporting. Clear explanations and dependable organization help seniors, newcomers, Indigenous communities, and low-income households navigate program access.

• Assist participants through calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Explain program information clearly to diverse audiences
• Coordinate appointments with contractors and internal teams
• Verify applications, eligibility, and customer information
• Update records and complete required documentation

• One to three years of customer service experience
• Experience managing high-volume phone-based customer interactions
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Experience supporting vulnerable populations and showing empathy
