Deliver accurate refunds and professional customer service as a Walmart Canada Customer Service Desk Associate in Regina. Support front-end operations across varied shifts.
This Customer Service Desk Associate role supports customers with refunds, exchanges, questions, and directions. You will follow company procedures, complete required forms, and maintain accurate sales tax-exempt records. The position also supports merchandise handling, scanning, and store security.
Key Responsibilities:- Process refunds and returns following Company procedures
- Help customers with exchanges, questions, and directions
- Keep sales tax-exempt records accurate and current
- Send damaged merchandise to Claims for processing
- Check and scan returned items before floor placement
- Be 16 or older
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 50
Support Walmart customers in Regina through accurate returns, careful merchandise handling, and dependable customer service across varied shifts.
