Support Brandt customers in Regina through parts sales, accurate order processing, and responsive service across phone, email, and text.
As a Parts Person and Customer Support Representative, you will generate parts orders and answer pricing inquiries. You will listen carefully, recommend solutions, confirm inventory, and coordinate shipping timelines. The work also supports field staff and branch network sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Initiate outbound sales calls to generate parts orders
- Respond to pricing inquiries by phone, email, and text
- Process parts orders accurately and quickly
- Confirm inventory availability and shipping timelines
- Coordinate vendors and support field staff with parts issues
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently
- Detail-oriented approach to accurate order processing
- Flexibility for various shifts in a 24/7 service center
