Welcome Good Life Fitness Members as a Customer Service Representative using strong communication, customer service, and front desk skills.
The Motivator role supports a positive Club experience for Members and Potential Members. You will greet guests, manage check-ins, answer calls, and address questions or concerns. You will also explain memberships, services, systems, and amenities while supporting fitness-floor needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet Members and Potential Members warmly upon arrival
- Check Members in for workouts and direct appointments
- Answer calls, take messages, and book appointments
- Resolve Member questions, issues, and concerns professionally
- Complete cleaning tasks and Club runs as required
- CPR-A and AED Certification
- Smart Tan certification within three months of employment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency and customer service skills
- Knowledge of the fitness industry preferred
