Coordinate automotive service appointments in person in Regina, using customer service skills and telephone communication across multiple dealerships. Support customer follow-up daily.
The BDC Appointment Coordinator reports to the BDC Manager within Dilawri’s Business Development Centre team. You will coordinate appointments, contact service customers, and support customer engagement across several dealership locations. The work contributes to service department performance, appointment show rates, customer retention, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate service appointments for multiple dealership locations
- Contact customers promptly through outbound service calls
- Assist incoming service customers with appointment needs
- Complete at least 85 service calls daily
- Identify opportunities improving service and customer care
- Excel at customer service and telephone assistance
- Communicate with a clear, pleasant telephone voice
- Enter customer requests and information accurately
- Learn and use multiple software applications
- Previous service experience considered an asset
