Optimize Meta advertising and Go High Level CRM funnels as a Customer Success Manager focused on childcare enrollment performance and retention.
This Customer Success Manager oversees campaign throughput from Facebook and Instagram engagement through lead capture, tours, and enrollment closes. You will analyze weekly performance, identify core bottlenecks, and create actionable seven-day resolution plans. You will also guide client communication across assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor full-funnel campaign performance across assigned accounts
- Analyze Facebook and Instagram paid advertising engagement
- Track lead capture and childcare tour booking rates
- Evaluate final enrollment close rates and pipeline bottlenecks
- Execute weekly reporting with actionable resolution plans
- Experience overseeing end-to-end enrollment funnel performance
- Ability to analyze Meta ads and Go High Level CRM
- Ability to identify constraints before client escalation
- Strong structured client call leadership and communication
- Availability for North American business-hour client calls
