Build lasting client relationships as an Account Manager with Offstreet, using onboarding and account growth skills in Saskatchewan. Regina candidates are prioritized.
Manage Private Operator accounts while helping clients succeed with Offstreet. The work combines account management, customer success, virtual onboarding, and CRM organization. You will identify growth opportunities, support adoption, and collaborate across teams to improve client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Build trusted relationships with Private Operator clients
- Own communication, follow-through, and client support
- Guide onboarding and platform adoption virtually
- Drive retention and identify account growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing
- Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar roles
- Experience onboarding clients virtually with new technology
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Proactive approach to solving client challenges
- Experience with Hub Spot or other CRM platforms
