Customer success expertise meets a 100% remote Canadian contract at Bucket list Rewards, focused on SaaS adoption, retention, and account growth.
As an intermediate Customer Success Manager, you will manage assigned customers for a 13-month maternity leave contract. You will build relationships, support platform usage, and coordinate with Sales, Support, Onboarding, Product, and Finance. The ideal start date is mid-January 2027.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts
- Monitor health signals, engagement, retention, and upsell opportunities
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews highlighting delivered value
- Resolve escalations and difficult conversations professionally
- Relay customer feedback to influence product enhancements
- At least three years of SaaS Customer Success Manager experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- CRM software and customer success tools proficiency
- Organization, accuracy, attention to detail, and deadline management
- Bachelor's degree preferred;
French or Spanish is an asset
