Use French and English to resolve customer questions remotely while supporting travelers, financial institutions, and retail customers across Canada.

This six-month contract focuses on bilingual phone and email support for assistance needs. You will troubleshoot issues, guide customers through portals and claim submissions, and provide timely resolutions. Customer-first service, empathy, and accurate documentation are central to the work.

• Fluent written and verbal French and English communication
