Position Summary
The course focuses on teaching about developing techniques of throwing clay forms on the potters wheel.
It also explore ways the potters wheel is used in contemporary ceramics practices from functional through sculptural approaches.
Position RequirementsThe successful candidate must possess an MFA in Ceramics or closely related visual arts field (BFA/equivalent for currently registered University/Graduate Teaching Fellows), or equivalent, with evidence of a contemporary Ceramics practice, and an active record of dissemination in Ceramics.
University teaching experience is preferred.
