The University of Regina is seeking sessional faculty for ANTH 100, Introduction to Anthropology. This position involves teaching on-campus classes every Monday and Wednesday from 11:30 to 12:45. In addition to leading lectures, you'll conduct office hours, manage classroom technology, and prepare course materials and assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver lectures on cultural concepts and their relevance
• Conduct one office hour weekly for student support
• Manage UR Courses and classroom technologies
• Prepare instructional materials and assessments
• Grade student assignments before and after the term
Requirements:
• MA in Anthropology or related field
• Proven record of effective post-secondary teaching
• Experience with UR Courses technology
Utilize your expertise in anthropology to shape students' understanding of culture at the University of Regina.
