The University of Regina seeks a qualified instructor for ENGL 100-002/020. This sessional position entails delivering in-person classes at CL 408 on MWF from 12:30-13:20, utilizing online tools as needed. Candidates must demonstrate effective teaching through evaluations and adhere to university policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-person lectures three times a week
• Utilize the Learning Management System for course materials
• Provide timely feedback on student assignments
• Hold office hours for student consultations
• Ensure compliance with university teaching standards
Requirements:
• M.A. in English or higher; M.F.A. for Creative Writing
• Teaching experience with strong evaluations
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with taught course experience
• Ph.D. preferred for advanced qualification
• Legal entitlement to work in Canada
Assist students in enhancing their critical reading and writing abilities at the University of Regina.
