As the Manager of the Student Services Centre, you will drive initiatives that prioritize well-being, engagement, and academic success. Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Operations, your leadership will ensure that all students receive comprehensive support tailored to their needs, promoting an inclusive environment across campus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic plans for student services
• Partner with campus teams to innovate student engagement
• Ensure delivery of quality, culturally meaningful services
• Promote student well-being and academic achievement
• Lead programs that foster an inclusive campus community
Requirements:
• Leadership experience in an educational context
• Understanding of Francophone student needs and culture
• Ability to create impactful, inclusive programs
• Commitment to fostering diversity in academic environments
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
