We invite applications from qualified professionals to mentor nursing students enrolled in the Saskatchewan Collaborative Bachelor of Science in Nursing program. Responsibilities include instruction, evaluation, and providing constructive feedback to enhance student learning in practice education and lab settings. Successful candidates will emphasize communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach and supervise nursing students in various clinical settings
• Evaluate and support student practice education endeavors
• Model accountability through mentorship
• Lead low to high-fidelity simulation activities
• Engage in program-related interdisciplinary collaborations
Requirements:
• Active registration with CRNS or RPNAS
• Current CPR BLS Provider certification
• Two years of recent practical nursing experience
• Strong skills in communication and facilitation
• Knowledge of adult education principles
