Responsibilities
Plan, develop and facilitate programs for youth ages 13-19.
Supervise and transport youth.
Promote the program and network with community resources.
Qualifications
Two years combined experience working with at‑risk youth.
One year facilitation experience.
Knowledge of facilitation and teaching strategies.
Experience with at‑risk populations (preferably aged 11-19).
Knowledge of program planning and development.
Understanding of anger and conflict resolution.
Understanding of substance abuse and its effects.
Ability to work independently and as a supportive team player.
Ability to work flexible hours.
