As Director, you will provide operational leadership, support faculty through development initiatives, and spearhead the integration of academic technologies. Your vision will help create inclusive and accessible educational practices that positively impact diverse learner retention and engagement. Collaborating with university stakeholders is crucial for aligning CTL efforts with institutional objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead initiatives in curriculum mapping and pedagogical innovation
• Oversee faculty development awards and programs
• Promote teaching and learning scholarship within CTL
• Support the adoption of academic technologies and tools
• Engage with academic leaders to address emerging needs
Requirements:
• Master’s degree;
PhD preferred
• At least six years of university teaching experience
• Relevant leadership experience in education
• Commitment to Indigenization and inclusive practices
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
